Quality Control
Have 7 staffs in QC Dept. ICQ check all materials before them ready to production line. QC do all lighting performance and appearance inspect when finished assembled before packing. |
| 1. all materials will be 100% certainly inspect,any defect materials will be returned and not used. |
| 2. Each fixture will be done at least 12 hours performance testing after assembled but before close cover |
| 3. Fixture will take 24-48 hours aging test after finished |
| 4. Each batch production will take around 5% to do hang test |
